How we work
A clear method that protects the budget and the programme
We do not start execution before a written scope and a programme are agreed. Every stage has a reviewable output.
- 01
Initial consultation
We listen to your project idea, its location and requirements, then explain the appropriate delivery route.
- 02
Drawings and scope review
We review architectural and structural drawings and specifications, and define the scope precisely before pricing.
- 03
Technical and commercial proposal
We issue a proposal setting out items, quantities, stages and duration, with no vague line items.
- 04
Planning and mobilisation
A programme, site and safety plan, and a named execution team before works begin.
- 05
Execution and quality control
Staged execution with inspections before works are covered, and periodic progress reporting to the owner.
- 06
Handover
A final inspection and a snag list closed before handover, together with the project documentation.

A declared and updated programme, with direct notification of anything affecting duration.
Site safety
Site organisation and safety requirements for workers and neighbours throughout execution.
